BTK brick missing many notes with a few inserts?!

I just picked up another one of those wacky BTK bricks similar to the ones in topic http://www.cdnpapermoney.com/forum/index.php?topic=6618.msg33107#msg33107 but with unconfirmed SNR's and a sheet replacement this time.

This brick was strapped like the old CBN fives and had 2 elastics holding it as well. Also had the plain white bands. And yes the radar, and repeater were also present. Oh, and the straps were about half the width of the old CBN straps.

Today I got a mixed repack of BTK 8806xxx 71/83 mixed with some BTK 8807xxx 73/62. A pretty ugly brick with many missing notes. Just makes me wonder what kind of problem the printer was having. No errors found.

p.s. Plain white bands per bundle, grouped as two half brick banded by clear plastic bands, one elastic band and the brick is then sealed in entirely in shrink wrap.

Mixed repack of BTK9764xxx (60/94) other half 3xxx (66/81), missing many notes, but with just 1 sheet replacement. The brick itself looked very nice.
