Can someone let me know where I can purchase a sheet of $5 and $10 dollar bills  uncut sheets of 40 bills

Besides the obvious (eBay), you might give J&M Coin & Jewellery a try.

According to their catalogue, the $5s are $375.00 and the $10s are $650, but you would need to e-mail them to verify availability
