I appreciate seeing that as well. I assumed that is what was meant by 'cutting cup'. Question: does not having a cutting cup on an UNC bill warrant a GUNC rating (again, assuming this is a fresh bundle with no other blemishes on the bill)? And likewise does the cutting cup knock the rating down to CUNC or UNC?

After looking through a few bundles it looks like you can find around 20-25 bills per bundle that do not have the cutting cup.....and they are usually near the middle of the bundle. Is that what others are finding?

Thanks.

Typically with BCS presence of Cutting cup means the max grade a note can get is Choice UNC. On the other hand US TPGs such as PMG and PCGS typically ignore the presence of cutting cups
