Title: $20 commerative Printing error!!!

I came across this bill and noticed it was missing parts of the hologram, the signature was misplaced and the bill is slightly shifted.

If you look at the tiles under the signature you will notice there are a lot less compared to the note on the right aswell as the signature is moved upwards and beside wehre canada on the top left of the bill on the first picture there is a much bigger space with the tiles

Any ideas on the value/rarity?
