I bought my copy of The Official Red Book of United States Paper Money (ISBN 079481786-6) from a dealer in town a few years ago.  Some dealers have suppliers and they can order in a copy if you ask.  The Red Book is published by Whitman Publishing (www.whitmanbooks.com), and maybe you can buy directly from them.  Perhaps Chapters can get you a copy if all else fails.  These are a few of the possibilities.

I use "Standard Guide to Small-Size U.S. Paper Money 1928 to Date 9th Edition"

You can find it at Chapters/Indigo.
