Good afternoon. I am looking for info on the following 1 lira notes - circa 1939
" Biglietto Di Stato A Corso Legale, Lire, VNA", with numbers 368 and 174872 on one note and numbers 650 and 229716 on the second note. As with other pre euro European currency, are these still legal currency or do they have any value? Thank you
