I have access to a 1986 $2.00 T/C. Where can i register this for High/Low?
1986 T/C 9999813. I'll have to get plate #s also.

If its 3-letter serial number prefix is one of the ones that already has a thread, post it there. If the prefix doesn't already have its own thread, collectors aren't tracking it.

It's CBA 9999813. Do I post it through the serial number DB. So I assume they do not track all the bills in circulation or that are still out there?

The $2 prefixes that are being tracked on this site are the ones that had mixed ranges of Crow-Bouey and Thiessen-Crow throughout. There is a thread for each prefix here on the forums. The SNDB does not track $2s at all. AFAIK there's no other website that tracks prefix ranges like yours.

It's a neat number, though! I'd keep it if it were mine.
