Title: HOU insert...is this the first?

I was checking the High Low list and saw that the HOU
      inserts start at serial # 5,900,000.
      would this note carry any premium?

Very Nice Find.

I have never seen anyone actually get the first note in a range before...  :)

It looks to be in VF condition though. Not sure what kind of premium it would carry. If it was UNC it would be well worth tucking away.  ;)

A lower 1974 $2 *BX replacement has been found since the 2007 catalogue was released  :(

This new low will appear in the upcoming 20th edition - *BX6321224
