If the $20s start at BIE and go to at least BSW (which is what was being shown at the RCNA convention in Calgary), then we should all be prepared for nearly 40 new prefixes of $20s within about 2-3 weeks of the new note's introduction.
That's a lot of new notes!

Over 800 million polymer twenties are to be printed (the figure of 840 million was reported). We should also see notes printed by CBN: FIL-FIZ, FSA-FSZ, and possibly FVA- notes. How many of these 80 prefixes will be released right away is anyone's guess.

Isn't there eventually going to be only one printing company for the polymer notes?

Yes, but only after the initial stocks of polymer notes have been printed and released into circulation in 2012-2013. After that only CBN will be printing the notes.
