Forum outage

Today, we experienced an outage of the forums that lasted for several hours. As soon as I noticed the problem, I immediately initiated steps towards restoring service.

The cause is unknown at this time and remains under investigation. The forum has been restored. Some posts that may have been made during the day today have been lost.
