We just won a pair of 1935 $2's in consec. unc for a little over $5000.cnd.Quite a premium over the last pair.

If no one wants to participate with a place for buy/sells,neither will I .

Too bad,a shame really.Could have been an up to date trends and a place to reference your buy/sells.

The high bidders on the Gem Unc $50 1935 and the Choice Unc $50 1937 Osborne would be providing a great service if they would submit a "condition report" after receiving their notes. Was the Gem Unc $50 1935 note really 100% flawless? Did the Choice Unc $50 1937 note have a few traces of handling?? -- presumably it did otherwise it too would have been graded as Gem rather than as Choice??

More to the point, perhaps, did the high bidders decide to keep their notes after receiving them and inspecting them?

The high bidders should be congratulated for expressing such strong confidence in the Canadian paper money market via their impressive bids! I hope they will be very happy with their new acquisitions.

I just recently purchased an Unc 1975 $100 2 digit radar/rotator. I think I did well for $400.

By the way, does anyone know if the next Charlton will have prices for earlier series rotators?

Picked up a few changeovers the last few days... I know these have been selling all over the map so I hope this helps out anyone buying or selling:

HOH (2004) UNC: four consecutive for $23 each
Book: $40

H/M (Beattie Rasminsky) UNC (haven't examined them yet though): also four consecutive for $23 each
Book: $50

V/F (Lawson Bouey) AU, listed as Unc: $64
Book: $50-80

E/R (Non-Test) AU, listed as Unc: Nine consecutive for $10 each
Book: Unlisted ($7-$12 for regular prefix)

Also saw two consecutive ALM lawson bouey (AU/Unc) hidden in the middle of a bulk lot ten of 73's. Apparently I wasn't the only one who noticed, though, since the lot got bid up to $480 in the last 15 seconds (not by me though).  :-/
Book: $200-350

happy holidays! [smiley=beer.gif]

Did the consecutive $2 1935 notes turn out to be original Gem Uncs, as they were purported to be in the ebay description, or had they been pressed like that expensive "Choice Unc" $50 1937 Osborne from the same seller? Many thanks.

Went to the Cambridge show today and got this 1937 $1 radar in VG for $10. And this 1954  low number for $3.  8-) Cant go wrong with that. I will take any 1937 radar for $10 or any low number for $3.
