Title: Are Journey notes cut poorly?

I have noticed a lot of Journey notes are cut very poorly. I have seen many Journey notes, where the cut is exactly on the plate number. And some are cut exactly below the "Printed in 2003" or "Issue of 2004".

It's hard to find well centered examples.
