Hi
What classifies as off centre? If on a 1954 note, there is no white border on the right, and a wider border on the left side of the note, which is not on a diagonal etc, is this an error?
I have three consecutive 1954 UNC *BB $2 notes...all three faces of the notes are essentially "pushed" to the right. It is defiently noticable.
What is the value of these 3 consecutive notes?
Thanks

can you post a scan or pic of the front and backs
Do they look trimmed or just printed out of register?

I will post a picture asap...
i dont think they are trimmed...as i compared the size to a regular $2 1954 note, and they are the same size. I beleive the three are off centre.

It's not an error unless there's a piece of another note along the wide edge (i.e. printed design from another note). The poor centering actually decreases the value of the notes unless it is an error. Paradoxical but true! Collectors like them either really well centered or really poorly centered.

Thanks!
