The latest series being 27 we saw the 5 cent and 10 cent coupons with dates of 2002, 2003, and 2004. I have noticed that the stores are giving out old 5 and 10 cent coupons. Could this be because they are coming out with a 2005 date coupon? Any thoughts on this? Stinger.

Actually the 5 cents is now dated 2005 starting around 0234986000.
The 50 cents is now dated 2004 starting between 0318542000 and 0318686000.
The 5 cents replacement note beginning with 9 is also out with 2004 date starting around 9000254001.
The next ctccc bulletin should have more details.
