Title: Bank of Canada 1 dollar bill circa 1954

I have a 1954 1 dollar canadian bill with the queen on it. It was signed by J R Beattie, Deputy Govenor and JE Lesyne, Govenor.  The serial number is CL 4843661.  How much is it worth?

The catalogue number for this note is BC-37a and the value in perfect condition is $12.00 but it is a common note. If it has been folded a few times it is only worth $2-$3

Give it another 10 years and it would be worth more!  :P
