Title: ascending/decending radar notes

I found my first one of these today - APJ6789876.  I'm just wondering how many other people have come across them - 16 in 10 million is pretty rare...

This is an awesome find!  I've been collecting for over 25 years; I haven't found one yet.  Good for you!
