I would just like to take this opportunity to offer my gratitude to 2 Forum members, who without their help, I wouldn't have been able to make a set of 3 Error notes
. About a year ago I had sent a scan of 2 Devils face Error notes to
Archey80, which I had just purchased from another Forum member. When making a recent deal with
sudzee aka Gary,
Archey80 aka Arthur remembered that scan I'd sent him and traded one of his notes for Gary's 10.00 DF Error note
. Upon receipt, Arthur sent me a picture of this note and asked if I might be interested in buying it from him
? I remembered that Arthur had a weakness for 2 digit Radars, so I offered him my pair of UNC 1954
1.00 and
2.00 Radars with #'s 0505050 for it. I now have a set of, in my opinion only, a super set of 3 rare identical Devils face Error notes
. Now, if I could ask any other Forum members to keep an eye out for the remaining
5.00 and
20.00 DF notes it would be most appreciated
. I wonder what the odds would be.......
?
