Can this be possible that the new $100 note launched will be a new prefix, JPH? It's on the back of the new $100 note which the Bank of Canada's website uses.
So far, each of the images of the $5 note, $10 note displays prefixes used in general circulation.

It will also be "Issue of 2001" - "Printed in 2004".
This note will also feature the first known signature of Deputy Governor, Paul Jenkins.

I agree! :D
The Bank has done a wonderful job with the security features! Very "Euro". Assuming all of the features wear well, I think we will see the "NO HUNDREDS" signs coming down in the stores.
Now...... I have to squirrel away an extra hundred bucks to get one for the collection......I know! I'm sure most of you Canadians can relate..... I'll go shovel snow for cash! ;)
[It is minus 55 (with the wind chill) in Winnipeg as I type this]

I think the leaves have been replaced with the ghost portrait of Borden.

I am very impressed with the new Borden, oh I mean 100. In respect to the ghost feature. I am new to this board, and let me say I was tired of having my money refused. I am from Ontario, where now even the 50's are being shunned upon. It will be a pleasure to put one of the new 100's in a slot machine, with style.
