Title: New Feature: Count of Notes Reported Per Prefix

After several requests and some tricky coding, I've finally implemented a new feature that allows users to see how many notes have been entered into the SNDB for each prefix. To see this information, just check the High/Low tables.

Here's an example:

That is such a great idea!  Whoever came up with that idea is a genius.
