Hello flyhigh888 !

Charlton Cat number is E15-i (Mismatched, one digit) and book value for this kind of note is 450$ in perfect condition so yours should sell under that and paper money market is slow these days...but many collector including really like those type of error note  ;D

Have a good day !

Thx
Is it common for a bill to be issue 2004 and printed in 2001?

Nope... have another look at your note, should be printed in 2007.

Yes this is normal... you have one of the older 100 from this issue. The 100 was issued in 2004 but the first ones (EJA-EJE, BJY-BJZ, BKA-BKG) will all printed late 2003 but released in 2004. The same is true for the 2001 $10. Notes FDT-FDZ were printed in 2000 but with issue 2001.
