Is HOH9299559 really an insert note?  It falls within the 200,000 note range that appears in the 20th edition of Charlton - 9.200M - 9.400M - but it's possible that this large range is a misprint that will be corrected in the 21st.  Is it reallty worth $30  in UNC?  I know it has better then average value as a short changeover prefix.
