It took awhile for me to see what might make these worth more than face but something like this sells for more than face on ebay a lot of the time but not always.

  Can any of the text be seen at the top of the note? If so it would be more valuable.

Unfortunately not. There were only 2 of the 10 bundles where this occurred.  I would have thought it would progressively get worse but it didn't  :'(
