the other night i got some money from the atm machine and found what i hpoe are insert note in $20. i received alg7000481-486 and azn3395975-76 instead of alg7000484-85 so can anyone help?

Well, I would say it might be possible that they are inserts, but this find alone cannot be called inserts because they were from an ATM and thus could have been shuffled, and they are not part of a currently-known insert range.
So, plausible, but impossible to confirm given the circumstances.

It might be a good idea to keep them until more information is collected about AZN

In my opinion they are not inserts. I have gotten many brand new bills from the ATMs with one or two other prefixed note in between and they were not inserts. Basically when the bank gets new twenties they sometimes recount them and when they do and there is one missing from a bundle so they put another bill in its place - in this case another new bill with a different prefix. I've had this happen to me more then once.
