Very high number, possible insert replacement $10 2002 Item number: 190213367254

2006 AOR $5 Replacement in Choice Unc Item number: 260229344542

Who are they kidding or trying to screw? I sent email to both sellers but no replies?

It appears that the items were revised. Item 190213367254 is interesting though.
