I have a question about grading radar notes. Do you take the value based on the serial number and ADD the value of it for being a radar note?? ???

Take the value of the note..then add the radar premium to it...thats how I do it...I dunno wether that is right or wrong..but it seems to work for me.

Thank you !! :D

This raises a good question.
"Charlton" says that you take a percentage of the uncirculated premium for each grade to find the value of the special note.
Is this now the value of the note? Or, do you add this percentage to the original graded value of the note found in its respectable section of the Charlton?
eg.
1954 $2 Devil's Face (Tower) graded Fine
In Charlton: $20
Take the same note as a radar...would the value be:
$56.25 (which is 25% of uncirculated premium) or:
do you add these values together to make:
$76.25. ??
???

To my understanding: a premium is added value to an original price.
If an object costs 20.00 and there is a value added premium to it of 10 dollars ... the end price is 30 dollars
original price plus premium equals total cost???
its when you break premiums down into percentage it gets confusing .. thats why i like buying UNC :D
