Title: BEL note has surfaced

A BEL has surfaced on ebay not great shape but its ok for only 31 but I cant get a good picture up I dont know its to large???

It's BEL1137461 - by the looks of the picture... it looks like a ragged "good" condition (G) with tears.  

Actually, I don't think that BEL would be considered as a topic in the Insert & Replacement notes section of the forum...  :)
