BEV 2004 0.315M - 0.405M Confirmed Insert Range 

This means that serials numbers 031500 to 040500?
So then bill with serial number 0350765 would be an insert?

Found at a Royal Bank in Sudbury, I would grade it at vf-ef. My first anything out of circulation.
