Title: 10$ 1971 story
Post by: Sammi on May 04, 2005, 01:45:11 am
I have one of these bills in Unc condittion for the past 10 years. About  six months ago this lady I knew offered me a 10$ 1971 in unc  for some work I did for her. When I took it home and placed it with the other one,  lo and behold they were consecutive.. quite a coincidence...

Sort of like my story delivering newspapers as a kid in Winnipeg. Went for newspaper payment collection, got home with a bunch of $1s. Looked through them all and found one $1 bill in Au and another heavily circulated and they were consecutive, in order, same prefix too. And I got both bills from people who lived on the same street, many block apart. Now what would be the chances of that?
