Title: 1935 CBC $5 - Value in XF & AU
Post by: rogerramjet on November 18, 2008, 06:39:49 pm
My dealer friend also has a 1935 Canadian Bank of Commerce $5 note (75-18-02).  It is in xf/au condition.

Since Christmas is not here yet, that means my 6th Edition of Charlton is not here yet, any help with the value of this note would be appreciated for this newby.

My name is rogerramjet and I am becoming a "Canadian Currency" addict.

Edited for spelling

Values range from $240 - $350 for EF and $425 to $625 for AU, depending on signature variety.  Canadian funds, so about 81% and falling fast, for US.

Thanks for the info, Bob.  And it is nice to know what I am getting for Christmas (That Charlton 6th Edition).

Have a relatively non-threatening, stress-free week.
