Just procured a copy of the Revised Reference Guide to Indian Paper Money by Jhunjhunwala and Razack.
The details with respect to various design elements of the paper money is very meticulously documented.
I am not sure if any of the libraries carry it but if anyone in Toronto area would like to examine the copy please connect with me via PM.
