Title: Dimensions of a 1972 $5 note
Post by: pattattie on December 15, 2007, 11:34:40 am
Hello,

I have purchased a 1972 $5 Bouey/Rasminsky note with Prefix CA in UNC condition from a well known dealer.  Not looks great but note seems to have an irregular shape. One end measures 69 mm and the other 71 mm.  Does this occur often?

Where can I find the standard dimensions of this note?

Thanks

Alain

The BOC currency museum lists the dimensions for the 1972 $5 note as 152mm x 69mm.
