Title: 1954 $1 Lawson - Bouey Prefix C/I
Post by: mvasicek on September 01, 2015, 12:28:22 am
New to this board. Just purchased the latest 2015 edition and need to confirm this bank note. Is it real or just a dream? Bill is in perfect shape. What is it worth? BTW Great website!

This is a common one, one of the last of the 1954 series. It is worth $10 in the highest of grade. (See BC-37d Lawson-Bouey A/I-D/I)

I concur with JB-2007. Now if the prefix had been *C/I, you would have a replacement note worth several thousands of dollars depending on condition.
