We in the west know that a lot of action in happens out east concerning our hobby. ???

I would like to know more about what is happening out here.

I have purchased before from guys like Brian Grant-Duff out the Bay downtown now moved to South Vancouver, a small little coin stamp and model shop in Maple ridge, J&M and Gatewest out of Winnipeg.

Any other good sources out there? Where do the guys on the Island go? Have much luck on ebay?

Inquiring minds want to know!

There are 2 shops on Fort St. in downtown Victoria within a couple doors of each other. There used to be a shop in Nanaimo, but he seems to have moved out. Other than that we are left with having to buy online.

Nanaimo Stamp and Coin has moved, Jeff's new address in Nanaimo is:

4061 Norwell Drive
Nanaimo B.C.

Phone and Fax: 250-758-5896

Website:

I can say that Jeff is a great guy and has some nice material... I bought a 1937 $1 4-digit radar in Au-50 and a BRX 3-digit radar replacement note off him a few months ago.
