Looks like the release date is August 14,2014

It is available for pre-order on chapters website and its less than the $34.95 listed price. The only downside is that those that want the coin catalogue Vol 1 2015... it has not yet been announced. I am assuming this book will be available mid september like last year.

I have ordered mine. However, delivery is expected to be August 19th so if anyone wants it the day of release you might be able to find it directly at Chapters.

Both catalogs the Canadian coins 69th edition and Canadian govt paper money 27th ed are now available for pre-order at chapters online. Price comes to $39 and its free shipping (>$35) so i think this is a great deal if you want both.

Today I got confirmation from Chapters that the GPMC 27 that I pre-ordered was shipped out. Hoping to receive it in 2-4 business days. Seems as though it'll be available sooner than anticipated.

Following the online tracking for my order, it looks like it was delivered to my home this morning. :) It's going to be a long day at work today

Got mine yesterday delivered to my house. Prices are extremely flat. Almost no changes whatsoever from last years edition.

Oddly, just with a quick glance several replacement ranges that are listed in the serial number database dating back to Jan 2014 are not included in the catalogue.

That doesn't really surprise me.
So apart from the updated polymer notes, there is no need to purchase the 27th edition?

I wouldn't say that. I'm still happy with my purchase.
