What do you think the Charlton catalogue number will be for the redesigned Journey $10 notes expected later this year. Will it be BC-62c (presuming that the current Jenkins-Dodge $10's are BC-62b) or BC-67a?

My vote goes to BC-67a. Look at 1954 notes; devil and modified ones have different numbers, even though they have the same year of issue.
Time will tell, of course.

Actually, the Jenkins-Dodge BER/BES notes are BC-63c-i. Any FEN?-onwards Jenkins/Dodge notes would be listed as BC-63c. Continuing your example, the question is, will the new notes be listed as BC-63d and BC-63d-i, or will they be listed as BC-67a and BC-67a-i?
My vote goes with BC-67a/a-i and I refer to two precidents:
- 1954 Modified Series - They were given entirely new catalogue numbers despite only a minor change.
- 1979 Series - These two notes (the $5 and the $20) were modified with respect to their general design and also the move of the serial numbers to the reverse of the note. They were given two new catalogue numbers from their 1972 and 1969 predecessors.
