Title: Barclays Bank Low Number
Post by: kid_kc79 on April 07, 2008, 05:37:36 pm
I have recently picked up a Barclays Bank 1935 $10 serial number "38". According to the register there seams to be only 3 known where the serial number is under 10K. I would like to know if this is the lowest numbered note as of yet.

I would gladly post some picture if there is interest in this topic!

Two beautiful original notes in similar high-grade condition and with a similar looking horizontal crease. Did you discover the two notes together?

Yes Ottawa the notes were purchased in the same lot along with a few other small size notes. Ill see if I can uncover some of their history.

Wonderful notes!  They are now the lowest and third-lowest #s on the register.
