The rotator in the image is from a CBN Prefix with M-C signature. It is in a circulated condition. Good colour hue and vibrancy, ink mostly intact but with 4 plus folds I consider it around F.
If interested please PM me. Prefer to sell but will consider trade at face value with similar condition or better $1 and $2 notes with word prefixes or any other denomination notes with hickies.
