smudges on new journeyman fives

Hi Everyone,
I am new to the world of collecting and have a question. Last week my work received a shipment of new fives from the bank. I found several of them with obvious smudges, specifically Laurier's jacket bleeds onto his chin and collar, and the '5' on the strip  and larger 5 have noticeable bleeds as well.

I tried to attach a picture but the system kept timing me out. Is this something that would increase in value over the years?

Hi Chris, These appear to be excess ink error notes. The Charlton's, at this time, only classifies "major" ink smears under their Error section, with a 50.00 value for 5.00 notes. These would not classify as major however they do have a value of at least 10.00 - 20.00 I would estimate. I have 2 Journey 5.00's, 1 with a major "blue" eye and the 2nd with heavy blue ink on Laurier's whole face. If you would be willing to sell 1 of them please send me a PM.
