Rotator note

I was just wondering where i could find rotator notes in the 2010 Charlton, i have found a d/y 6966696 1954 dollar in circulated condition and i was wondering what t is worth ... thanks

Rotator notes are located on page 348.

That said, 6966696 is not a rotator note. It is a two-digit radar note. You can find those a few pages earlier.
