A registry has been kept by Harry Eisenhauer for many years and was printed in a 2008 CPMS newsletter.
A registry recently appeared on the Wiki site along with images of many of the notes.

The original registry kept by Harry Eisenhauer was only for the DC-13a "Ones Inward", as this note appeared to be a lot scarcer then the DC-13b and DC-13c.
The Carlton catalogue states:
The 2009 CPMS register provides a listing of 1898 $1 Dominion notes with "Ones Inward", DC-13a. As oif the time of publication of this catalogue 114 privately owned examples were recorded. DC-13b and DC-13c are considerably more plentiful, but we are aware of no attempt to compile a census of these varieties.
I agree that a registry for the DC-13b and DC-13c is of minimum value, but the small number of DC-13a notes seen over the years begs the question; "What happened to the 15,200,000 printed ?"

It's a shame that so much time and effort is being wasted to collect info on such common notes. There are a number of rare chartered notes for which no register has been published (at least not in the past 20 years!). But i guess they have to fill the Newsletter some way...
What's next? A register of 1923 shinplasters? GMAB.
ACTUALLY FYI, the current WIKI register for the 1898 DC-13 notes was created by me for tracking and reference purposes (since I am actively building a DC-13 set). Since I had the information I thought I would create a WIKI register for it so that anyone else that is interested in them could have access to the information.. So for me it wasn't a waste of time nor is it intended to be used for ulterior financial purposes.
