Title: 1996 $1 Replacement Question

Hello I've been reading the CTC website that was linked here and I think this is a replacement note, but I was also wondering if this would be a radar note.

 Does the prefix"2015" count as part of the serial # or not?, or is it
 Series 2015 , Serial # 220022. Thanks for the help. Dave

For Canadian Tire money, I think you have to use the whole number to make it a radar.
