help an american with a 1979 vintage $5 bill please

My girlfriend received these bills from her dads collection and would like some information if you can help. I will add pics later. The serial number is: 30499734317. The sigs look like Crow and Bowery. 1979. Thank you.

The 1979 Crow Bouey 30.. five dollar notes are very common.  If in perfect crisp uncirculated condition they are worth as much as $45.00 catalog value.  However, to try to sell them they are worth in the range of 50-75% or os of this catalog value.  Hope this helps.  Happy holidays!  Murray.
