One thing I don't get is this note. Lately I've seen alot of amazing notes selling for rock bottom prices, then there is this note graded VF worth $100 in the Charlton, which is currently on ebay and right from the get go jumped to $400 in bids. Is this note really that scarce?

I am not so sure that these notes are as widely available as you would think. I never see any up for sale. Now at $900 in GemUnc... are they that rare? Perhaps $400 is somewhat high in VF but i do think that I/C Beattie-Coyne is quite scarce.

This note sold for $676.00. Who knows if there was one more bidder that really wanted it maybe it would have sold for twice as much.

The catalogue is only a guide maybe two catalogues from now it will be a deal at $676. in V.F.

It was a definite shock to see this note realize the final price it did. I guess it is that rare. Wow.
