Title: Solid Radar 9999999 Insert

Hi everyone,

I was looking at high and low Inserts and as I can see I could be possible to get one of these bills.
For example, 20$ EYI insert rage has EYI9999740 for high same thing for FER 10$ Inserts...Is one of these note known??? If not, how much could reach such a bill. Just a question  ;)
