Title: VAlue for two RADAR notes
Post by: Fenian on September 10, 2006, 01:21:49 pm
Hi all. I have the chance to purchase two rareish radar notes and was wondering if the price is fair.

The first one is a 1937 $1 note, BC-21d, in AU and a 4-digit radar. The seller wants $90.

The second is a $10 Birds note, BC-57aA, ADX in VF. This one is a 2-digit radar (4488844) and he wants $80.

So, what do you think? I know that 2-digit replacement radars must be pretty scarce...

I think that they are both reasonably priced considering that there are not many 1937 series radar notes around. As for the ADX, finding a 2-digit radar is very hard. So if your a radar collector, i'd say go for it!

I would happily pay $80 for the ADX Bird $10 as it's also a replacement too. A replacement 2 digit RADAR, very cool.
