Just in case anyone was interested in seeing the note. Looks like the "good over" B/T sheets were used over a large range as the first known was somewhere in the mid 9MM range.

You mentioned the "scan of the 2nd HNB B/T", is there a scan of the other one signed Bonin Thiessen?

What would this note be worth if there are only two known?

Please and thanks.

This note could be equated to $5 EPW Crow-Bouey (BC-56a-i) which was a "good over" situation or to $2 AUH T/C (BC-55b). Would be interesting to see one of these notes at a public auction.

The reason I am curious is because I own the note that was posted on March 26, 2007 and at the present time the market value has not been established.  Thanks.

I have learned on this forum from a previous owner that there is a counting flick in the note.

There needs to be a registry of notes that have been TPG'd - and the grades assigned..  Otherwise people will not know about this kind of stuff.

To set the record straight, the grade on the note in the April 2008 C&P auction in Vancouver was PMG65, not CCGS62, as previously and incorrectly recorded in this forum and on the Wiki site. For those interested in accuracy, the lot number was 367. This should be corrected in the Wiki listing.

I believe eyevet has a scan of this note in the CCGS sleeve marked 62, but I will defer to him to confirm. I have sent him a link to this post.

For anyone who might have been at the CNA auction Friday: Can you confirm this note sold to someone on the floor, as it shows on the ebay live auction listing? thanks..

The note did sell to a floor bidder for $10,000 plus the juice and taxes.

I do not have a scan of the note in the CCGS holder.  My observation regarding this note was based upon the following discussion in this forum where the previous owner of the note stated that the note had previously been graded by CCGS-62 and then subsequently was graded by PMG as a 65 EPQ.

I have corrected the wiki page to more accurately define the provenance of this note.
