Title: Is Third-Party Grading Going to the Dogs?

Just take a look at this article from the February 2009 issue of Bank Note Reporter. I really don't know what to think.

I guess we can expect to see more "pedigreed" notes in the future ... !

If I bought the note, the first thing I would do is cut the note out. How silly is this?

Pfft, I'm a cat person. One thing I've noticed, cats jump on the laps of dog people, and dogs always sniff cat people like as if they have dog treats hidden or something... Maybe pets just like to make people uncomfortable when they get the chance.
