Title: multi-coloured series vignettes
Post by: moneycow on March 20, 2005, 09:40:29 pm
Hi All,
Does anyone know if there is a central archive where copies of the original photographs used to create the multi-coloured series vignettes are kept?

I was in Campbell River B.C. recently and in the front window of an art store was a framed piece containing a copy of the actual photograph of the BCP45 salmon seiner used for the vignette and below it was a blown up copy of the $5 vignette.  Incredible detail.  Looked really sharp.

I wouldn't mind doing something similar with each of the other vignettes.

The BoC web page lists some "vignettes" available for purchase but they are nothing related to paper money.

Thanks
