I could be wrong here, but these looked a lot like the coupons we use to get at the CNE.  ( Canadian National Exhibition) in Toronto when I was a kid.
And yes that was a long, long, long time ago 8)

I assume the CNE is correct.....

But could you elaborate on 'that was a long long long time ago'

I too went to the CNE as a kid, but maybe for me it was only a 'long long time ago'
