I have obtained the following information from the Currency Production section:

Last serial number for 2010 CJ $5 – HAE 9575999, signatures of Jenkins/Carney

First serial number for 2011 CJ $5 – HAE 9576000, signatures of Macklem/Carney

In addition to the above, the following is also confirmed, courtesy of the Bank of Canada:

First serial number by CBN for 2010 CJ $5 – HPA 7550000, signatures of Jenkins/Carney
Last serial number by BA for 2009 CJ $20 – AUB 8854999, signatures of Jenkins/Carney
Last serial number by CBN for 2009 CJ $20 – FIK 3477874, signatures of Jenkins/Carney

SNDB has been updated with all of these new changeovers.
